PASSPORT APPLICATION FOR CHILD
(BOTH PARRENTS FROM SABAH OR SARAWAK)

Please be informed that passport cannot be issued on the same day as approval is required from the state of Sabah and Sarawak.

All required documentation will be sent to Sabah or Sarawak for approval and this may take up to three (3) months or more.

Once approval is given, the office will inform the applicant and send the passport via Express Post Platinum provided by the applicant during the submission.
