Certification Of Documents
The High Commission of Malaysia can provide certification/witness signature pertaining to Malaysian Documents. Kindly bring the documents together with proof of identities of all the persons whose signatures are to be witnessed. The fee is AUD 5.00 per signature (Effective from 26 October 2009) . Kindly call the High Commission for an appointment.

Legal documents pertaining to property, inheritance, business etc must be certified by the High Commission if to be lodged in Malaysia. A Notary Public or Justice of Peace's certification is no longer accepted by Malaysian Courts.
Translation of Malaysian Documents
NOTE:-
A covering letter requesting a translation should accompany the document(s) with a self addressed reply paid envelope. Also provide a contact telephone number.
The High Commission can provide an unofficial translation of documents. For an official translation, kindly contact NAATI accredited certified translator.
Driving Licence
To apply for an Australian Driving Licence, you may be required by the RTA to supply a
translation of your Malaysian licence.
In person:
Application Time: Arrive before 12:00pm
Collection Time: After 4:00pm
Fee: AUD 5.00 (Effective from 2 March 2009)
By Mail
Processing time of approximately 7 working days
Send a certified copy of the Driver's Licence
Money order made out to Malaysian High Commission
(No charges for student. Kindly include a certified copy of your student ID)
Use a registered post envelope and include a self addressed registered post envelope for the reply.
