SITUATION VACANT

The High Commission of Malaysia in Canberra has the following position to be filled up within the rank of its Locally Recruited Staff:

CONSULAR CLERK III

The candidate should possess at least a High School Certificate and should be computer literate to handle daily up-keeping of electronic records as part of his job. Knowledge of the Malay language is a pre-requisite to qualify for the position.

Among the job specifications are as follows:-

1.       Registration for Malaysian Citizenship for children born in Australia of Malaysian parentage.

 

2.   Registration of Marriage.

 

3.   Attestation of Documents.

 

4.   Translation from Malay language to English of Malaysian Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate and Driving License.
